Stop Your Anxiety
so you can have peace, enjoy life,
and be happy.
Everybody experiences anxiety. Nobody likes it. For those who experience a lot of anxiety, it’s more than just uncomfortable, it’s debilitating. It makes everything else in life harder and at times it literally takes your breath away.
Anxiety can be helped.
If you or someone you love is struggling with anxiety, Welcome, you found the right place. I’m glad you are taking the time research how things can get better. You don’t have to keep feeling anxious all the time. The source of your anxiety can be determined and a solution identified.
Anxiety Signs / Symptoms
You might be struggling with pretty severe anxiety if any of these statements resonate with you:
- I have moments where I feel hot. My face feels flushed, and I don’t know what to say.
- I cannot seem to relax.
- I fear the worst is going to happen.
- Sometimes I feel like my heart is going to beat out of my chest, it’s pounding and racing.
- At times I feel terrified or afraid. I don’t always know why I feel this way.
- I kinda freak out when I feel out of control.
- I fear dying. Sometimes I’m afraid I or someone I love is going to die.
- I worry a lot, sometimes it keeps me up at night.
While I believe everyone can benefit from working 1-on-1 with an experienced helping person (mentor / coach / discipler / counselor), not everyone will need counseling to reduce their anxiety. Sometimes some good information is enough. I’ve collected some articles on this page, written by TRC counselors, to help you get started.
